I was in the middle of another nightmare story with carmart when my husband insisted on checking out Mark Allen. I refused for months as he continued to scope out their lot trying to find a vehicle I would go for. The second time he got me to check out the lot and prices I was flat determined I was not going to get a vehicle. The vehicles were very clean and they had no problem firing them up or allowing us to test drive. Before I knew it every woe I voiced was answered with an acceptable solution. They got us into a vehicle without hesitation, the pricing was right on the money with the option of refinancing in 6 months to lower the rate. All dealerships have a sharktank vibe to them, I did not feel that way with this company. They were understanding of our needs and treated us like family rather than another sale. I have sent several people their way. Their service department alone is worth checking out. My husband is already planning our next purchase through them. More
