The sales staff at Mark Allen Chevrolet, namely Brad and Richard, were very helpful and attentive as I described what I was looking for in a newer, larger vehicle. I wanted something durable and practical with a reasonable fuel economy that would accommodate my daily commute. Richard showed me a Chevy Colorado and encouraged me to test drive it. I was very impressed and it didn't take long to decide this was the vehicle I had been looking for. Everyone I encountered at Mark Allen, from the receptionist, to the sales person, to the financial staff, went above and beyond to make this car buying experience the most exceptional, ever. NO PRESSURE. Met with sales person and told Greg what I was looking for, I said new hoping I could get a deal but was thinking I don't want to break the bank so I'll probably be ok with a used vehicle, LONG story short; In less than 3 hours I drove off their lot in my new Chevy Trax Premier.; Loaded with all the safety, bells and whistles, toys etc I was never expecting to get at an unbelievable price. With some discounts, my trade, and other dealer incentives I got much more that I was even hoping for when I went there. Everyone there was really polite,professional and no pressure or following, and I really did feel comfortable even while the final step of sitting in with the finance guy, Rocky. Again no pressure and everything my sale man Greg said was exactly as Rockys' paperwork had prepared, no surprises, hidden costs or misunderstandings like so many other dealers pull. This place is the real deal. If you or anyone else is looking for a dealership who has the cars you want and the honesty they provide why wast time jumping all over town. Ask for Greg, if he's busy, no worries he worked with me and another buyer simultaneously like he does this all the time, he is really good., Oh and they left with their new truck too.
