We had no plans to buy a car, only to browse and do on-site research. Kerstin Whitmore came out to greet us and get an idea of what we might be considering. She selected some cars for us to test drive, and then gave us space to look some more. I saw the new Metallic Gold Blazer and liked it very much. Kerstin gave us an excellent overview of the car’s features compared to the car I’d had for the past 5 years. She didn’t give us the pushy hard sell but gave us the facts and answers to our questions. We’re not pushovers at all. We bought the car because Kerstin treated us well, knew her stuff, and was willing to ask for and listen to terms for negotiation. Between us, Kerstin, and the Mark Allen management team, we were able to work out a very reasonable deal. We are ver happy with our new Blazer and recommend that anyone considering buying a new car check out Mark Allen Chevrolet. More

Lifetime customer I inquired about a truck online. Less then an hour later I got a return call from josh. I gave him all my information over the phone and got a call ba I inquired about a truck online. Less then an hour later I got a return call from josh. I gave him all my information over the phone and got a call back saying come on in and and see if you like what we have for you. Not only did he have a truck for me but it was newer and in better condition with less miles then the one I originally inquired about. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did I get a better deal but they stayed after closing just to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. If that wasn't enough he called me 3 days later asking how everything was. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Definitely a customer for life thank you More
