I dont recall Nicole worked with Amy. Amy was great! Did not like the upsell session with finance guy. He kept telling monthly payments when i stated i was only interested in total cost. Amy was great! Did not like the upsell session with finance guy. He kept telling monthly payments when i stated i was only interested in total cost. Then he haggled me into sell me things at lower prices and make a offer. Would appreciate just getting best price and be done. When the haggling starts i lose all trust in dealership. If it was not for Amy being so nice and truck being exactly what i wanted i would have walked out of deal. More
