I inquired about a Lincoln Navigator on their website. I received a phone call and set up an appointment with Brian for 10 o'clock the next day. After driving for an hour. I was told the car had been auctioned off to a wholesaler. This is unacceptable service. No apology. This is the worst dealer experience I have ever had. More
