Dealership engaged in boarder line bait and switch tactics. They posted special for a car that was attractive and matched what other dealers in the area were offering. When we went in to claim the spe tactics. They posted special for a car that was attractive and matched what other dealers in the area were offering. When we went in to claim the special they sat us down and started showing us different numbers that were 10x the amount for the special. The manager claimed the special was a typo and that they would never sell a car for the price (that they listed on their website). The special had terms, cap cost, mileage, total payment… that’s not a typo, that’s an advertised deal. Manager made us feel like we were jerks for coming in for the special listed, and their sympathy/apology was very poor. Didn’t feel our time was respected and there was no remorse for their error. More
