Our first meeting with Bob, he took us for a test drive, told him we were testing several car brands, and were just looking at that point. Gave us his card, and off we went. No pressure at all. Everyone was varying degrees of pressure, and it was like pulling teeth, getting a straight answer. I talked to Bob on a monday morning, told him what we would like and the price range. 5:30 that night drove home in a brand new CRV in the color we wanted, with a smile on my face. The negotiations were a win win for all concerned. No $3000 appearance packages,$400 black locking wheel nuts, $600 nitrogen in the tires, no dog and pony show with sales person and his manager, bottom line no xx. Great experience, Great salesmen. 3 hours total and driving home More

I was not consulted about my financing by Executive staff. I was just given a form to fill out and never asked if I had a preference regarding financing. Decisions were made for me regarding selecting staff. I was just given a form to fill out and never asked if I had a preference regarding financing. Decisions were made for me regarding selecting a bank to finance a loan with zero input from me. The rate was extremely high despite my excellent credit rating. Absolutely frustrating. The bank Honda chose is slow with processing and still has not set upa loan account for me even though it has been 2 weeks since my purchase. I was also am frustrated with the registration process. Honda uses some outside business to do this and it will take weeks for me to register my car in NY. I was told Executive would deliver my car to me before Friday of that week. This did not happen .They did offer to pay for my rental - however I needed my car by Friday so I drove to CT to get it myself. Happy with the car itself. More

I was misled and tricked into buying a warranty I expressly did not want and said I did not want. It was described to me as a subscription model that wouldn't have to keep paying for after I paid off expressly did not want and said I did not want. It was described to me as a subscription model that wouldn't have to keep paying for after I paid off the loan. Signed papers. No discussion of a total price -- just the monthly price. Then only after signing the papers did I see the $3500 line item. Sarina deliberately excluded this price from the conversation about its cost. Then when I called her on it she said "what, did you think it was free?" Nice going, folks. You screwed me out of thousands of dollars by playing a schoolyard trick. Hope you're delighted with yourselves. I'm never going back to executive, nor will family and friends. And I'm going to talk to friends at the dept if consumer protection. I can't believe you think this is a good way to run a business. More
