Shady management (financing was off that day) department caused my exceptional credit score to drop significantly. Rude to the point that even my 18 year old daughter passed on the vehicle - BECAUSE of the caused my exceptional credit score to drop significantly. Continued to receive (at least 10) credit letters in the mail AFTER we said we were passing on the vehicle. I feel bad for any reputable employees (Bo), because management cost you a sale and any thoughts of future sales. More
