This is our 4th vehicle purchased or leased through Bozard Ford by our family. First three were great, sales and service is always top-notch. This F150 has been a challenge for all parties involv Bozard Ford by our family. First three were great, sales and service is always top-notch. This F150 has been a challenge for all parties involved. We had it for 10 days when the SYNC system went on the fritz. After many days and weeks of the Bozard team and Ford Engineering trying to figure out the issue, all issues were resolved and we are back on the road. Of note are Matthew Norris and Travis C. Travis kept me in the loop(for better or worse) on a daily basis. Matthew Norris reached out once we had reached the end of our patience on this matter and offered to resolve it any way possible. After all is said and done, I must say that the technician and foreman that worked on the truck did a good job(I am very picky on factory fit and finish after repairs) and Matt made things right not only by his communication but also by keeping his promises. Long story short: Bozard did right by us when a brand new truck wasn’t up to Ford’s normally high quality. More

Purchased a Tesla from this site 12/29/23. Noted a broken seat adjustment peice and was marked for We Owe repair. Was told orginally set to be repaired on 1-3-24. On 1-2-24 when inquiring for Noted a broken seat adjustment peice and was marked for We Owe repair. Was told orginally set to be repaired on 1-3-24. On 1-2-24 when inquiring for confirmation and time, was told they ordered wrong part and would have to reorder. Part takes 5-7 days for delivery. Followed up 12 days after being told this timelines and part still pending delivery. Now expected sometime between 17th and 31st of Jan. 2 full weeks after initial repair date that was provided at time of purchase. Recieved a call on the 18thstating part had arrived and inquired about scheduling. Noted at home repair was an optional they will have mobile company call to setup. Now we are at the 22nd and still no call to setup service to repair the part that was supposed to be repaired on the 3rd that was Noted when Purchased. Sales rep CJ no longer responding to contact attempts. Service department no longer responding to text via message system and no longer providing updates or call backs. Requested Service manager to call me back and have not heard anything. Love the car. Want this part fixed. More

If you don’t believe me, look up the word “Glorious” in the dictio Because this man Jose Montlouis-bonnaire is the definition of “The King of Sales”. If you don’t believe me, look up the word “Glorious” in the dictionary. You’ll see a picture of this man right next to it. I have purchased 4 Trucks from Jose and I’ll buy my next 20 from him. 21 if I’m alive then. Not only does he make sure you get the best deal but he will literally bring you dinner and self serve the entire family. I kid you not, not even 2 hours after I purchased my first truck from Jose he literally came over with the best Tacos a man or woman could eat and served my entire family. He brings Christmas gifts to my kids on Christmas. A turkey on thanks giving. He just won’t stop giving back. Don’t even get me started on Valentine’s Day…. Jose took me out and he wine and dined me. Even got my car door for me and held my hand on the way up to the restaurant. Needless to say, GO SEE HIM AT BOZARD FORD! You won’t regret it. -JRK More
