A few fender benders necessitated Mike's expertise, and he was always extremely personable, caring, and efficient in his communication with me. An unfortunate auto accident in recent months deemed my '15 CR-V a total loss. Dealing with the insurance company was frustrating and time consuming, to say the least, But Mike guided me through the process seamlessly when I assured him I intended to purchase another CR-V. He knew the exact type of vehicle I was looking for and referred me to Leland Feng in Sales. Leland was the perfect salesperson for me. Aware of the urgency and my intention to purchase another Honda, we connected by phone to discuss vehicle preferences. Leland is a gentleman, patient, and kind who understands exactly what his customer wants in a new vehicle. He sold me a beautiful 2026 Honda CR-V with the all important updated safety features. I felt no pressure from Leland to buy, just genuine caring.
