Just got my new/used Honda HR-V 2025 car today. I had a really nice experience trading in my used 2020 Honda Civic. He was so very patient. I asked a lot of questions. He’s very friendly, sweet, & caring. He wanted me to find the perfect car, and I did! It’s been 21 years since I got a new car. I wasn’t looking forward to car shopping, but I picked the right place. This was the first dealership we came to. We planned on checking out several, but got the car from Curtiss Ryan. It was a great experience. I highly recommend it! Jonathan is wonderful! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. Billy was also great. Jon Ortiz helped get me to where I wanted to be and in the car that I wanted. Seamlessly. All three times I have been able to come and leave with exactly what I desired and always in a timely fashion. JO absolutely killed it for me and Billy G came in and closed it out like Mariano Rivera. The one VERY SMALL update I would like to see is QR codes to access my review and give the dealership their flowers. I will always do it willingly but I think more would visit if it was made more accessible. Thank you CR ! More
