Unfortunately what I expect from a dealership. All about the sale, not about the follow through. They never mailed the title of the vehicle to us as promised(they wanted to wait for funds to clea All about the sale, not about the follow through. After waiting a few weeks we called to check on what was taking them so long(funds cleared in 48hrs from sale). They said it was sitting on a desk at the dealership. Now we'll probably have late registration fees due to their negligence as we're rushing to get tax/title/registration completed. Since we couldn't spend 4hrs at the dealer that day with family events. The Mini Dealer said we could stop back the following weekend after purchase.We showed up that Saturday, dropped it off. Said it would take ~1hr... and after 3 hrs at the dealer when we came back hadn't finished it. They said it was because we got bumped to another car selling that day. We could come back another weekend to have it done. That's more time/money to drive across the city for something that should've been done right the first time. Bill was great, everything thereafter brought up memories of why I stay away from dealerships when I can. PS: We're now taking the vehicle purchased into the Mazda dealer for warranty work. The vehicle began to exhibit front end suspension pops 2 days after taking it home. When I inquired at the Mini dealer what service was performed while it was there. They mentioned an alignment was performed. More than likely something wasn't torqued to spec. Probably nothing serious, but an annoyance that continues on with the theme of the my experience there. More

Bill Harada is a delight to work with for new or pre-owned sales. This was my fifth Mini since 2005 but the first pre-owned. Service and Parts departments are top notch. Stopped by Mini of St Louis while in town for other purposes, as I was looking for a new car. I had searched the internet, and it seemed that finding a Mini Hardtop S w/6 speed, low mileage, and within purposes, as I was looking for a new car. I had searched the internet, and it seemed that finding a Mini Hardtop S w/6 speed, low mileage, and within the budget I wanted to spend was somewhat difficult. I was hoping I would come across one there. I was introduced to Bill and said I wanted a reasonably new, low-mileage S with a stick. Bill said he had one. Bill was straightforward to work with. Not pushy and was friendly. He brought the car around. We discussed all the specs, and I took it for a drive. We quickly settled on the purchase price. As an Illinois resident, they made things simple, paying all the taxes, licensing, etc., for Illinois. I purchased the car and drove it 2.5 hours home the same day. I had a pleasant, relaxing sales experience and brought home my 3rd Mini Cooper. Thanks, Bill... and the team, for putting me on the road the same day. More

First off, I just love my Mini. I've owned it 2 years and it's been a great and fun experience driving it daily. Amazing experience.
