While I always received polite responses and treatment from the service writers, the bottom line is the service is overpriced and very poor. I brought the car in for a gasoline smell in the cabin and seve from the service writers, the bottom line is the service is overpriced and very poor. I brought the car in for a gasoline smell in the cabin and several hundred dollars later I still have a gasoline smell. The interesting part is my analysis when plugging in kept saying where and what the problem was but Audi Stuart and in fact Murgado dealerships just do a bad job. Don’t take your car there for service. They are about the dollars and not proper service. I therefore purchased a BMW from another dealer. Goodby Stuart Audi. More

The common denominator is no high pressure style, articulate, very knowledgeable, fair, willing to work at getting the best deal for you, patience, down to earth and always available to answer questions or concerns. Devon, the Boss, has a similar style and gives a clear cut rationale for what the dealership can and cannot make happen. I walked away with a 2024 A5 Black/ Beige convertible; a real beauty. In addition to a top notch sales force, Andy, the senior Service Department member is outstanding in his role. He manifests the quality traits previously elucidated for other team members. Andy is extremely accommodating, takes care of problems promptly , keeps his cool under pressure, has a great personality and not once have we ever felt ripped off or taken advantage of.
