We have leased/ purchased over 12 automobiles from Stuart Audi over the years. Deborah has been our sales representative and Brian was helping orchestrate this deal in conjunction with her. The common denominator is no high pressure style, articulate, very knowledgeable, fair, willing to work at getting the best deal for you, patience, down to earth and always available to answer questions or concerns. Devon, the Boss, has a similar style and gives a clear cut rationale for what the dealership can and cannot make happen. I walked away with a 2024 A5 Black/ Beige convertible; a real beauty. In addition to a top notch sales force, Andy, the senior Service Department member is outstanding in his role. He manifests the quality traits previously elucidated for other team members. Andy is extremely accommodating, takes care of problems promptly , keeps his cool under pressure, has a great personality and not once have we ever felt ripped off or taken advantage of. I am a very busy physician and I have no time or patience for incompetence or skulduggery. Audi Stuart is the place to do business! More

Petty $30 charge using a credit card for deposit. Had to negotiate hard on vehicle price and trade. The initial deal was almost abusive. I had to buy the mats from another Audi dealer closer to home and had them in 2 days I just found the dealer to be lazy. More

Andy is my service representative. He is a true ascet for Audi Stuart . Whenever I need him he immediately gets back to me . The service department is A plus and that is why I switched He is a true ascet for Audi Stuart . Whenever I need him he immediately gets back to me . The service department is A plus and that is why I switched from BMW to Audi . He is calm under pressure as I’ve seen him juggle multiple customers at a time and always be professional. He explains everything clearly and one never gets the impression of being ripped off. I believe he has been there longer than anyone else . I am a physician and pride myself on acting on time and trying to help my patients as much as possible. I have an office manager with me for 20 years . Your company is so lucky to have Andy on board. Younger people change jobs sometimes for a dollar more per hour. I’m old school , maybe a fossil, but Andy is a a jewel . I would give him a bonus and a raise ( I’ve treated my office manager really well and rewards her often ). You’re lucky . He will keep us at Audi Stuart . I will be looking to get my next car soon. I think it will be our 8th or 9th Audi . If he is no longer there, we may have to consider elsewhere. More
