4-Runner with Bruce I have owned seven 4-Runners, all purchased at Faulkner and I have them all serviced there. The newest is a 2018 purchased after a serious accident w I have owned seven 4-Runners, all purchased at Faulkner and I have them all serviced there. The newest is a 2018 purchased after a serious accident with my 2014. In the accident, the vehicle was broad sided by a vehicle going a high speed causing a 360 roll-over. The 2014 was totaled but I walked away relatively unhurt- fearful to think about how I'd have fared in another vehicle. I immediately called Faulkner and asked for Bruce Glantz, my prior sales rep and he set me up in a loaner HIghlander and worked with me to get a new 4-Runner in an amazingly short time. I cannot say enough good about this team, Bruce and this dealership. They have always worked with me and given me a fair deal. More
