Professional and Honest I know a lot of people are worried about a new car buying experience. My salesman's name was Paul Mochalin and he was extremely professional and hones I know a lot of people are worried about a new car buying experience. My salesman's name was Paul Mochalin and he was extremely professional and honest. I know those are two words very rarely you can associate with a car salesman, but Paul breaks all the rotten stereotypes about a salesperson. He was considerate and personable. I explained my story to him as to why I was even looking for a new car, and he was very empathetic. He was knowledgeable of the cars they had on the lot (and there was A LOT) and he was accommodating to me to say the very least. His sales manager Michael was just as friendly, professional, honest and worked very hard hand in hand with his finance department to make sure I got the best deal I could on the car I definitely wanted. I strongly recommend going to see these guys at Faulkner Toyota. They definitely strive to keep Faulkner's name as prestigious as possible! More
