Alfonso is a very arrogant and ignorant manager who is too full of himself to do good business with customers. The only reason that I continued to do business with this dealership is due to the great cust too full of himself to do good business with customers. The only reason that I continued to do business with this dealership is due to the great customer service of David and Betty who work at the same dealer. Alfonso was so arrogant that he couldn’t even speak to myself and my family for the entirety of time we were going through the buying process. Alfonso also asked his associates if I was even qualified for the vehicle I was entering as if I was not good enough for it. His other staff members then had to correct him and check him about his attitude towards myself and my family. If you go to this dealership, please give David and Betty your business but stay far away from Alfonso. He encapsulates a bad and cocky dealer manager. More

Tanner was great to work with. He first worked with me to see if there was an existing car available. The car arrived in the time frame provided and Tanner worked hard to get it ready for pick up, working around my out-of-town work schedule. We also made sure I completed my paperwork before the end of September to ensure I received the EV credit.
