10,000 miles on my 2025 Rogue and paid for alignment which I felt I had been taken advantage of being a woman. After reading the diagnostics the Toe was -0.03 which hardly was nothing. Service guy and tech staff are great…the dealer did not send out any notification about sale of dealer. I knew something was not good because I tried to schedule appt on Nissan app but McGrath disappeared send out any notification about sale of dealer. I knew something was not good because I tried to schedule appt on Nissan app but McGrath disappeared from app. Very clumsy handling by new owners toward customers. I went there for service appt. Many new sales staff all very young looking…seems inexperienced kids all they can hire makes me think compensation of sales people must be terrible but looks like dealership now has more inventory. Keeping service manager and service writers is smart but new iPads are great but now experience seems even less personal. You hired all the kids…when do the robots and ai show up? Really like service staff but jury still out on the rest of the changes! More
