Aaron was very very accomodating and has tremendous amount of patience. Ben was also intrumental in making the deal.Great teamwork. They were very persistent yet not pushy. I shopped for a new full size luxury SUV for six months. I looked at Toyota, LEXUS, Infiniti, Buick, Cadillac, etc.. Finally I found and bought my dream, a 2014 Acura MDX. This was two weeks ago. After on I looked at Toyota, LEXUS, Infiniti, Buick, Cadillac, etc.. Finally I found and bought my dream, a 2014 Acura MDX. This was two weeks ago. After one week and 300 miles, the battery warning light came on. Initially the service department of Acura of Peoria told me that there was no problem detected. After a second visit, they agreed there was indeed a problem. They lent me a loaner and said this was not a mechanical problem and that there was no safety issue. Indeed, Acura USA did not have a fix for this situation. I expressed my disappointment and fear for my family's safety because I am a physician and not a mechanic. When Ben Quail heard all the details of this problem, he suggested I continue to use the loaner till Acura can remedy the problem.. This made me feel immensely more comfortable, and I am able to continue my daily travel activities courtesy of Ben and the wonderful staff at Peoria Acura. (thanks Ben) . I promise to get back to this board when I finally get my dream vehicle returned to me. Steve K More

I assisted my 20 year old daughter in purchasing her first new/used vehicle. We drove out from Chandler and made the purchase. We were promised a repair that has yet to be made and despite the fact that first new/used vehicle. We drove out from Chandler and made the purchase. We were promised a repair that has yet to be made and despite the fact that it was listed on our sales contract, we were told that it cannot be done after being told that the dealership can get teh part for less than $5. Then, we were promised a $100 gas card and have (as of this momenet) been told 5 times that it is being mailed today!!! Wow, mail from Peoria takes 2 months??? We still do not have her permanent license tags. and we are told the loan is through Honda Finance but when we call them, they say that they have no record of this sale. Wehave been asked to return to the dealership on 3 seperate occasions to "make things right" but they are still not right. When I call for help, I am transferred to a different person EVERY time despite the fact that I have asked for certain people. I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership!!! I am getting ready to call Channel 3 on your side. SAD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!! More

My husband and I love Acuras! We just purchased our third vehicle from here and had nothing less than a wonderful experience. Aaron S was our salesman and was exceptional! I want to first of by saying I typically never rate, or provide feedback. Today is an exception as I had one of the most positive experiences with Acura of Peoria. I was about to go sign final paperwork provide feedback. Today is an exception as I had one of the most positive experiences with Acura of Peoria. I was about to go sign final paperwork at another dealer when I decided to call Acura of Peoria. When Ben Quail picked up the phone I cut straight to the point and let him know what I was looking for (price, milage, etc) he indicated he would beat whatever dealership! At first I was very apprehensive but Ben was a man of his word, within 10 minutes I as able to negotiate a deal with him over the phone and within a few hours I picked up my new car. From the beginning to the end it was exactly what Ben promised me over the phone. When I went to pick up the car Jorge Gomez assisted me with the final paper work and trade in for my existing Acura. Jorge was professional and got me in and out within 30 minutes. I could not be any happier with my experience with Acura of Peoria and will definitely do business with them again. More

I went into Acura Peoria to check out the TSX Sports Wagon. I was immediately approached by Fred Peralta. He was there to answer all my questions in a very casual (no pressure) way. He took me for a Wagon. I was immediately approached by Fred Peralta. He was there to answer all my questions in a very casual (no pressure) way. He took me for a test drive and introduced me to Ben Quail. They both said they were at my service and they would do whatever they could to make a deal. This is typical talk when you go to look at a car, but what was atypical was the fact that they actually meant it. I told them I planned to wait probably a year and that I was just there to check out the vehicle so that I could start planning. I told them frankly that I dread the games that are played when purchasing a new car. Ben and Fred promised me they were different. They asked some quick specific questions and said they would email me over some numbers. The email was there when I got home and the numbers were enticing for the car I thought I'd have to wait a year for. I responded and they were very receptive to my wants and needs. I have purchased eight new cars in my life and this was by far the easiest transaction EVER! They gave me a great price on the new car and an amazing trade credit on my 7 year old Acura. Fred was exceptionally accommodating! Many thanks to him and Ben also. This was a totally different buying experience! More

I was greeted professional, not pushy or forcibly. I appreciated that. I was re-establishing credit and did not want a high auto pymt. Dale is very conscience, friendly and he goes the extra mile to get the deal done. Dale also is very good on following up with the customer. Dale was AWESOME.... he was helpful, friendly and didnt rush to get a sale.
