After numerous non returned phone calls to the dealership, my husband and I drove to there to discuss buying out my mother’s lease. Ben was beyond accommodating understanding and personable. Kevin, the new car directer, made the deal almost painless. He asked me what I wished for the lease payment and gave me that figure. Almost painless! Chris in finance provided tons of pages to sign and initial for the lease. All went smooth. Finally, Everett got back from vacation and checked in to make sure all went well with delivery of the vehicle. We had a nice conversation and wrapped it up.
