My car was on it's last legs at close to 200k miles! I LOVED that car! A 2017 Nissan Murano. Best car I ever owned! Never a single problem! It was evening and I looked online, specifically at Fred Mar I LOVED that car! A 2017 Nissan Murano. Best car I ever owned! Never a single problem! It was evening and I looked online, specifically at Fred Martin, despite another Nissan dealer being a lot closer, as I knew Fred Martin had a great reputation. I moved to Ohio 4 years ago, but many people I knew in western Pennsylvania, where I lived, dealt with Fred Martin across the state border in Ohio, because of the standard of excellence. While online, got a call from Ben, who was actually on his way home from work, inquiring if he could help me. He was very kind, listening to my apprehension about buying a car. Not pushy at all, assured me of absolute transparency in the process. Ben was off the next day, but had Joe Z. call me. Again, he listened....really listened....to my apprehension about what I needed and what I could afford. He assured me that the Fred Martin experience is about transparency, truth and customer satisfaction. He acknowledged the great reputation of Fred Martin and the adherence to that great standard of excellence. Though Fred has semi-retired, he still stops in, and it sounds like everyone is happy to see him when he does. I met with Joe Z. the next day. I told him I had a good idea of what car I was interested in. He was very receptive and respectful, but with due diligence showed me a couple other choices. When I made my decision, he was supportive. I never felt any pushiness from either Ben or Joe Z. Everything about the car and the financing was explained simply and truthfully. The finance person, Josh, was equally friendly, kind and transparent. It is apparent that this is a tight knit team dedicated to customer satisfaction. 5 stars! This was our first experience at the Nissan lot. We've bought probably 20 or so cars in the last 10 years from the Fred Martin main lot in barberton. This experience was completely different and we will forever go back to the Nissan lot if we can help it. Our process started with the internet manager Ben. He was confident from the word go, that he would get us in the vehicle we needed, And he accomplished that. Cory was our salesman. He was incredibly knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. I never felt like he was a salesman. Our finance manager was Josh. Even though he was new at the position he was absolutely amazing. I dealt with many finance managers who were less than favorable to deal with. Josh was the complete opposite. Incredibly knowledgeable and got us in and out in the quickest we've ever dealt with. These three men deserve tons of praise they were absolutely wonderful and helping us buy two cars over one weekend. I will likely forever go to the Nissan lot to see these gentlemen again overgoing to the main lot in barberton. This process started in barberton a few days prior to me going to the Nissan lot. I couldn't get a hold of my salesman hardly at all so I had almost given up. Then I was contacted from Ben. The rest is history. Two cars bought in the same weekend Easter weekend. Great job Corey, Josh, and Ben! More
