The whole staff is super. Ben made sure not only the 150,000 checkup was completed but addressed all other issues and concerns. All my questions were answered. I don't like posting negative reviews, but they are he WtORST. Don't go there unless you want to feel taken advantage of. We were extremely disappointed with the service we received at Columbia Ford. A WtORST. Don't go there unless you want to feel taken advantage of. We were extremely disappointed with the service we received at Columbia Ford. After bringing our car in on three separate occasions, it became clear that we were wrong to trust them. By the third visit, we realized that they lack the honesty and integrity we expected from a reputable dealership. We will NEVER return and will tell everyone we know to stay away. Service: Despite claiming to have "certified technicians," it felt like they were just throwing parts at our car with no understanding of the actual issue. They not only failed to fix the problem, but it also created MORE problems and left us with an ever-growing bill. To make matters worse, they misdiagnosed another problem entirely, forcing us to take the car to multiple other shops for further repairs. Customer Service: We were misled at every turn. They initially told us there was only one way to resolve the issue, but when that didn't work, they replaced three other parts without explanation. When we called them out on their poor service, we were blamed for the problems they caused and were told they shouldn't have even taken my vehicle because its "too old" (its only 10 years old) If you're looking for honest, reliable service, we highly recommend going elsewhere. P.S. A friend of ours, who is a former Ford technician, shared that many Ford dealerships are more focused on making money than providing quality service, often relying on customers' lack of knowledge about cars to push unnecessary repairs.
