I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the lack of communication and follow-up from Key Honda of Rutland. After our initial discussions regarding a vehicle purchase, I’ve frustration with the lack of communication and follow-up from Key Honda of Rutland. After our initial discussions regarding a vehicle purchase, I’ve been waiting for a follow-up call to finalize the transaction details. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I have not received any response at all, which is unacceptable. Given my previous positive experiences with your dealership, I had high expectations for professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, it seems Key Honda of Rutland is following in the footsteps of Alderman, which is very disheartening. As someone who has purchased vehicles from your dealership in the past, this lack of attention is even more frustrating. I want to make it clear that both of my sons, myself, and our extended family will no longer consider Key Honda for future purchases. You’ve just lost out on three potential car sales, which I will make sure to follow up on. More

Reticently, I went into the service Department to have my brakes as well as an overall inspection checked before a long trip. Left my care in trusting hands, as I got a ride ( from Honda ) to the local spo brakes as well as an overall inspection checked before a long trip. Left my care in trusting hands, as I got a ride ( from Honda ) to the local sport ,fitness center. Yes trusting hands, because I got a call an hour later saying, everything was all set. Thinking I would end up have a large replacement bill ( for the brakes plus whatever they need to do). When I arrived at the Service Center , they told me the brakes were in good shape, tires, and the only thing needed was the State inspection. In this day and era, it is so refreshing to know that you can leave your car and trust the service department to give you an honest evaluation and only charge you for what is needed, nothing more.
