I had a terrific experience buying my used car at Honda of Rutland. Then I tried to call for service. I left three messages on three different days with no call back. I reached out to the person I purchased the car from who said he would have them call me the next day. Again, I did not receive a call. So over the last three weeks or so, I never heard from them. Feels like a bait and switch

DO NOT DO BUSINESS here. Disgusting. Chauvinistic. Francesco Wright & Connor Worthen (Manager) in service are despicable. Classic example of car dealership machismo and chauvanism taking advantage of females who need help. Estimate on invoice says "$375". Charged my friend $408 for a new battery and $116 to install it...a 15 minute job....NOTE TO ALL - Their service rate is over $180/hour.

I just had the best experience with Honda of Rutland. There were professional and courteous. They made buying my new Passport Elite super easy and fast. Wonderful service. Hunter Phelps was my Salesman and was great with taking me through this process super easy.

The Key Honda of Rutland is a bit of a drive, 1 hour and 40 minutes for us. The trip was definitely worth the effort. Staff responds courteously and quickly to all of our questions. The was no "pressure" to close the deal, it was up to us what we wanted. The dealer offered and delivered the car to our door once it was ready. We will definitely come back as buyers on our next vehicle and we definitely recommend the team at the Key Honda in Rutland..

I had my truck inspected at a small shop in Rutland. My truck failed inspection due to bad tie rods. They suggested I make an appointment at the nearest Honda Dealer as soon as possible. I was due to travel for the holidays but the truck was not safe to drive. Josh, the Service Manager at Key Honda was able to find time in their extremely busy schedule at the last minute. I am very grateful to Key Honda and their excellent Service Department for fitting my truck into their schedule at last moment.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the lack of communication and follow-up from Key Honda of Rutland. After our initial discussions regarding a vehicle purchase, I’ve been waiting for a follow-up call to finalize the transaction details. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I have not received any response at all, which is unacceptable. Given my previous positive experiences with your dealership, I had high expectations for professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, it seems Key Honda of Rutland is following in the footsteps of Alderman, which is very disheartening. As someone who has purchased vehicles from your dealership in the past, this lack of attention is even more frustrating. I want to make it clear that both of my sons, myself, and our extended family will no longer consider Key Honda for future purchases. You’ve just lost out on three potential car sales, which I will make sure to follow up on.
