I came to the dealership about three months ago with the
intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on t
intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on the vehicle. Great. The salesman asked me to give him two hours to do his homework and he would call me. I didn't realize two hours meant TWO MONTHS. Yes he called back two months later. Frustrated, angered, upset, understatements. This would have been the four vehicle I would have leased from organization. Instead, I figured you didn't want/need my business, I had running boards put on the vehicle I was leasing and in October I bought it outright. Your parts team wanted to charge me $950 for the running boards, this did not include installation. I found a place that put on the best running boards you could buy, they are guaranteed for life and it cost me $825 total. This dealership went from a five to a two with me. The sad part is three of my family members have bought the same vehicle I have because of my belief in Henry Brown. This is no longer the case.
