I thought the service was done correctly but, they had a hard time finding my paperwork when I picked up the car. I had to ask for help when resetting several of the computer functions. But they did help af hard time finding my paperwork when I picked up the car. I had to ask for help when resetting several of the computer functions. But they did help after a short wait. I’m not sure they did the recall work as it still shows incomplete. But it can take several days for Ford to update the system. I will be checking on this issue next Monday. Thanks. More

I’ve been coming to Bo Beuckman since 2011 and have always been pleased with our experience. This time, thanks to Becky Johnson we can affirm our trust and pleasant experience with Bo yet again. After our Escape got hit and totaled this time (after the previous Escape was totaled by hail) we came back to the best dealership in the area and were treated with kindness, respect and honesty as we always have been. Becky was great helping us get the right Bronco Sport for our needs and being patient as we dealt with the insurance company. The added touch of changing our Ford Pass over to the new Bronco Sport for us was icing on the cake. (The Badlands is awesome but the Outer Banks was a better fit for us). She and the rest of the team really were outstanding. Also thanks to Trey in the body shop for dealing with insurance and our totaled Escape. We highly recommend using Bo Beuckman for a new or used vehicle and Becky will help guide you every step of the way. More
