We bought a 2025 F150 Lariat to close 2025. Jeremy and the team at Beuckman Ford were great to work with. I thought the service was done correctly but, they had a hard time finding my paperwork when I picked up the car. I had to ask for help when resetting several of the computer functions. But they did help af hard time finding my paperwork when I picked up the car. I had to ask for help when resetting several of the computer functions. But they did help after a short wait. I’m not sure they did the recall work as it still shows incomplete. But it can take several days for Ford to update the system. I will be checking on this issue next Monday. Thanks. More
