It’s a 6hr drive to get there or I would need to fly down. When I called to speak to a manager, the sales person told me mangers were by appointment only. I had to ask over and over and the salesman just kept telling me he was just doing his job by not getting his manager. The unwillingness to work with someone out of state is absolutely unacceptable. Why would you turn down business? More

Negotiated price didn't match paperwork, also included extra services not wanted and added that cost into the total above negotiated price.
