What a fantastic expierience from start to finish. Rick and the Diehl Toyota of Hermitage team exceded all of my expectations and have set a new bar for customer expierience. I was looking to trade in my current car and get into a more fuel efficient vehicle. I was looking at a Corolla Cross Hybrid in a specific color and with specific features. Rick worked with me for over two months to locate a vehicle. I live over 30 miles from this dealership and there are at least two other ones that are closer to me. Those dealerships would not give me the time of day, if i was not going to purchase a car on their lot. They didn't want the hassel of looking at other dealerships. I will be purchasing all of my cars from Diehl Toyota of Hermitage going forward. More
