They focused only on sale. No explanation of features after sale. The salesperson told us the other person was going to show us how to get signed into the app and show us featu No explanation of features after sale. The salesperson told us the other person was going to show us how to get signed into the app and show us features. That didn't happen. Other salesman gave me key and said if there was questions call. Steps ordered and no longer needed but couldn't return because their bank wasn't used. Went to pick up and let them know day before and waited about an hour for the side steps. They were good in leading up to getting vehicle and helped in pricing but after that, I've had better experiences in San Antonio and Illinois. More

Service at the desk was the worst. No one talked to you it was like I was a ghost. Service advisors were too busy chitchatting to acknowledge me waiting at the counters for assistance. Gracie eventually asked how she could assist and got my vehicle checked in. Nearly impossible to get on the phone, and when I did finally speak to her she was completely unhelpful. Said she was too busy to help. More
