I wanted to add my review regarding our sales experience last May with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. We were intending to go into the dealership to pick up our umbrella, but instead picked up a new car AND a last May with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. So yes, we had a great time while we were there and were treated roaylly by Barry London. He anticipated and fulfilled our needs and wishes and made everything happen. Additionally he worked to obtain the best trade-in value for our previous Benz. We're very happy we stopped by and not surprisingly, we have gotten far more use and enjoyment out of our new car than we have gotten out of our new umbrella. The vehicle in which we purchased was priced reasonably per our visit to the website www.kbb.com. Our trade value was appreciativey valued more than fairly, even further solidifying the desire to complete the transaction. Interfaced with the GM (e.g., Rob), seemed quite stoic and lacked the affect one would usually possess in engaging with customers. Barry London, or esteemed salesperson, became the reason that we decided to revisit the dealership following our encounter with Rob. He was knowledgeable, used humor freely, exercised empathy for our experience with Rob, and communicates effectively and is always reachable telephonically. Lastly, all administrative (e.g., plates, etc...) issues were managed on a Saturday - quite impressive. Thank you Barry for your professional support, we look forward to seeing you in the future for the purchase of a new or used Mercedes-Benz. More

This is the 4th new Benz I have leased from MB of Hagerstown. First off, Barry London and Austin Shemon are awesome to deal with. Barry is not only well versed in his own product, he is also able to give comparisons to comparable vehicles the competition may offer. Due to the vehicle I was looking for not being in stock, Barry and the General Manager had to locate the vehicle from other sources. Barry kept me informed during the whole process as to the progress of finding the vehicle I was seeking. Once the vehicle was obtained, Barry took the time to explain all the nuances that went with this vehicle, even setting of my phone bluetooth and Sirius for me. I was made to feel that if I had any other questions after delivery, I could call Barry for assistance. As far as the paperwork process, Austin went out of his way to explain all the numbers and even saved me money with the prepaid maintenance option. I am sure I will be treated the same for any service appointments I will need in the future. More

When we left home on Saturday afternoon to visit Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz Dealership, we had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle that day. Our goal was to learn more about the vehicle and do Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz Dealership, we had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle that day. Our goal was to learn more about the vehicle and do some comparison shopping. Upon our arrival at the dealership, Barry London came out to greet us. He was warm, friendly and welcoming. Bary shared his extensive knowledge of the vehicle which included its structure, the options, as well as the comparison to other vehicles. During the test drive, he sat in the back seat and explained the vehicle. Upon our return to the dealership after the test drive, he continued to share information about the vehicle. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics which we very much appreciated. Then he asked if we would be trading our 4-Runner. We were unsure but he advised that he could give us an idea of the value. Barry alone with the Sales Manager answered our questions and made us feel comfortable with a decision to buy a Mercedes. They were very thorough, efficient and after some discussion, we made the final decision to purchase our first Mercedes. Barry seemed proud of this dealership and we got the feeling that he really enjoys his job. It was a pleasure working with him. More
