From the promptness of replies to our initial inquiry, to the detailed explanation of the amazing electronic package to the sweet surprise for us---- it was a first class 5 star experience all the way. Barry genuinely cares about his customers and was very thorough in making sure we understood everything about the car. I kept waiting for the old-school pressure sales pitches pushing me into stuff I don't want or need---it never happened. My wife and I heard about the promotions that Mercedes Benz had for new and used cars so went to Hagerstown to visit and check things out. I set up an appointment and we met with Barry and tried out a few cars. Barry is extremely knowledgable about the various models that Mercedes offers and soon had us looking and driving cars that we were very interested in. We have now just purchased a certified, pre-owned 2012 and we are most pleased. Barry was very helpful throughout the process and was never pressuring my wife and I to purchase anything. Rob Buchanan was also very helpful during the 'paperwork' phase of the purchase and helped us immensely with buying the right service plan for our new car. We strongly recommend Hagerstown Mercedes and rate our experience as "A-1" in all aspects. More
