Not the most prepared I had set up an appointment for some service work 10 ahead of time, when I showed up I was asked by the guy who set up my appointment if I had an appo I had set up an appointment for some service work 10 ahead of time, when I showed up I was asked by the guy who set up my appointment if I had an appointment......... So he typed away on his computer and went to the back room came back and let me know my parts weren’t there..... It was a 120 mile round trip day of nothing but he did offer me a car wash for my time...... I left work for this appointment so I wasn’t too happy. Set up another appointment for the following week at 9:30 in the morning. Brought my truck all the way back up there and was told it would be done in less then 4 hours. Went back around 2 and was told it would be another 1 1/2 hours. Soooo left to go eat and got a call a half hour later and was asked if I could leave it there over the weekend and they would finish it on Monday. Not much choice since the problem needed to get resolved. Sooooo another 120 mile round trip AGAIN!!! So yeah I guess my truck is fixed and that’s nice however you all didn’t seem to care much about my time and I don’t care for that much for that. Your service department seemed to be very unprepared and hearing one of your service reps yapping on the phone about how he was sick of people complaining was interesting when you don’t seem to care about my time why would you care about other people’s time. Not really impressed. And this was for warranty recall work for the record. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID Avoid at all costs! We bought a new vehicle from Tenvoorde and there was an issue with the front end. They assured us it would be fixed if we purchase Avoid at all costs! We bought a new vehicle from Tenvoorde and there was an issue with the front end. They assured us it would be fixed if we purchased it. After a tech looked at it they told us it would be $1200 to fix it, even though we were told it would be covered. Then they decided to fix another issue that popped up on the truck “out of good faith” without consulting us first. Then the managers argued with me calling me a liar and saying I was taking advantage of them. We ended up having to pay for repairs that we were told were covered. After all was said and done - the check engine light came back! We took it to another dealer to avoid the rudeness of Tenvoorde and turns out they never reprogrammed the truck after they installed the new parts! Avoid if you don’t want to spend unnecessary money and be called a liar. More
