Good service The team at the Tenvoorde service department do a good job, but with all of the hassle you'd expect from a dealership service department. I tend to av The team at the Tenvoorde service department do a good job, but with all of the hassle you'd expect from a dealership service department. I tend to avoid the regular service department as it is not as convenient as the QuickLane: Appointments are rarely available the same day or even the same week, especially for warranty / recall work, and they always want to keep the vehicle most of the day, so kind of a hassle, but they do good work. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The work took longer than I expected, but I was warned that it might, so no problem there. One request: Please leave more detailed voicemails - if the vehicle is ready to pick up, say that in the voicemail so we don't waste the rest of the afternoon playing phone tag. More

Service and repair Brought my 2018 F150 is for routine service and to repair a slow leak in the tire. The technician and staff were awesome to deal with. One, my truck sat in the parking lot for at least 15 minutes, maybe more because I didn't notice it at first, before the paperwork was presented for completion. Second, it seems the only tire pressure check done was on the repaired tire. The three tires, which were not repaired, all had about 2-3 psi less pressure. Whenever I visit Tenvoorde it is a pleasant experience with the staff and team being very courteous and friendly. I appreciate the conversations with Zack and Kolin. More
