Hello my name is Baljinder Ralh and I am a Master Certified Sales and a Scion certified sales consultant here at Elk Grove Toyota. I started with Elk Grove Toyota over 9 years ago adding to my total of 14 years? experience and I have achieve many awards and honors to make my employment here the best job I have ever had. The biggest joy of my job here is the look of the completely satisfied customer as they are leaving our delivery department with a smile from ear to ear and knowing I did the best I could to achieve that goal working together with my clients. This has allowed my many repeat and referral clients which allow me a lifelong relationship with their auto needs. When I am off there is no better company then my beautiful family, my loving wife and my son and daughter and the time we spend together.

Friendly, No Pressure Experience My wife and I visited this dealership to look for a new Prius. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful. They all were willing to give us as much time as we needed to make a decision (We visited this dealership 3 times, and were always warmly welcomed). They showed us all available options for lease or purchase. Every step was smooth and easy. And the follow-up contacts were just as friendly! We will not hesitate to return when we are in the market again for another vehicle! More

Great Customer Service! I recently bought my new at the Elk Grove Toyota and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Baljinder, was amazing. He showed us all the great optio I recently bought my new at the Elk Grove Toyota and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Baljinder, was amazing. He showed us all the great options, explained everything about pricing very thoroughly and even served us refreshments. The fianance manager was also a great help in explaining what exactly it is that we paid for. Overall, I definitely recommend going there if you're interested in buying a Toyota because the service is great! More

No hassle buying experience. Scott helped take the hassle out of my truck buying experience. I'm a no nonsense kind of guy and don't appreciate the games that car salesman play. There were no games and out of all of the representatives from dealerships in the area, Scott was the only one that called me with an offer for my trade and the new truck I was after. The Tundra I bought want at their dealership but they found it and got it there on the day I wanted it. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Elk Grove Toyota and it won't be the last.
