Hello my name is Baljinder Ralh and I am a Master Certified Sales and a Scion certified sales consultant here at Elk Grove Toyota. I started with Elk Grove Toyota over 9 years ago adding to my total of 14 years? experience and I have achieve many awards and honors to make my employment here the best job I have ever had. The biggest joy of my job here is the look of the completely satisfied customer as they are leaving our delivery department with a smile from ear to ear and knowing I did the best I could to achieve that goal working together with my clients. This has allowed my many repeat and referral clients which allow me a lifelong relationship with their auto needs. When I am off there is no better company then my beautiful family, my loving wife and my son and daughter and the time we spend together.

The camry was the best car i have ever gotten. I love the price and when i got the car it was so clean. Everytime i come to elk grove toyota the cars are so clean. Excellent customer service!!! This is my second brand Excellent customer service!!! This is my second brand new car from Elk Grove Toyota, and from the same sales associate. I like to deal with this ass Excellent customer service!!! This is my second brand new car from Elk Grove Toyota, and from the same sales associate. I like to deal with this associate in particular because he is very knowlegeable of all the products and services and genuinely offers to help everytime i am at the dealership. He had all my paperwork ready and answered all my questions efficiently. He even requested his boss to match the price i was comfortable with. The proposed price was within my budget and affordable for me to just quickly grab the offer. I am really glad that Elk Grove Toyota has such nice and friendly staff, who not only care for you but make calls to follow up and see if the customer is enjoying the car and if they are satisfied indeed. I would like to thank Baljinder for all his help. Highly appreciate all his assistance. My overall experience with Elk Grove Dealership was fantastic. And i would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and relatives looking for cars. More
