Toyota. I got a few coupons in the mail and one was $25 off of an oil change. When I made the appointment, nothing was mentioned that it was for a particular vehicle. I was just asked to bring the coupon with me. My Prius was due an oil change not my Tacoma. At the counter, the service rep showed me in the fine, fine, greyed out print, that I couldn’t use this coupon because it was for a vin that matched the Tacoma. When I checked out, another rep gave me $20 off for the “happy hour” price, so I had to eat $5. It seams that coupons are used to get the customer in the door just to find out they are not eligible for what the fine print says.
