I was not looking to change my vehicle as the lease did not expire until April 2013. I was contacted by Barry London who explained there were some good opportunities with the end of year Sales event to get not expire until April 2013. Visited the dealership discussed the possibilities they were back to me within 24 hours having located a vehicle they thought I might be interested in. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership looked it over, liked it, completed the paperwork there with no hassle and very smootly executed. Barry London had to be excused to honor a commitment he had made to another Customer but Mike Lavrenchick stepped in and very professionally completed all of the transfer and explanation of the minor differences to my current model. Over the phone (and email) Wes provided a deeply discounted quote that beat all previous offers. I then described my trade to Wes and told him what I expected to receive for it. Wes provided a telephone estimate which sounded great. That same day I drove the 45 minutes to MB Hagerstown to have them appraise my vehicle. Wes honored the quoted price for the new vehicle and agreed to purchase my trade at the figure previously discussed. Between the discounted price for the new vehicle, and the above average trade paid- the savings were significantly better than any other dealer.
