The last repairs done on my truck took three weeks due to a comedy of errors. However, the problem with your service department is that they do not communicate at all. Not once during that three weeks did they initiate communications with me to update me on status despite my calls and 4 separate visits I made to the dealership to determine the status of repairs. When I registered a complaint I was told "we're having trouble with our AI system". You need more human intelligence. I'll be going eslewhere for service in the future. More
