Outside of work, life is full of energy and compassion with my partner and fur babies: 3 mischievous cats and 2 loyal dogs--a playful Golden-doodle and a regal Akita. Took my BMW in for a recall. Got it back and runs rough when at idle. They suggested to change the valve cover. I declined it. It ran perfect when I took it in. Felt like a Wal-mart auto center vs a high end auto service center. I have been there twice now and never a loaner available. I discussed about a tear in the rear arm rest leather and they said not th service center. I have been there twice now and never a loaner available. I mentioned about gas fill cover coming off and they said not their fault. The BMW is only 1 yr old and I bought an extended warranty. More
