Good and Fast Service I went to Basney Honda to originally get an oil change, possibly a tire rotation and have my brakes checked. I did not have an appointment. Upon arriv I went to Basney Honda to originally get an oil change, possibly a tire rotation and have my brakes checked. I did not have an appointment. Upon arrival I was told there would be at minimum a 2 hour wait before my car could be worked on. I was unable to wait that long and Austin was able to get me in the very next day with an appointment. Faster than I expected!! Your service of having a driver take me back home so I could work and then pick me up when my vehicle was done is a good one as well. Thank you. More

Bye bye zoom zoom hello Honda! Could not imagine a smoother transition from Mazda to Honda. Brandon made the entire process smooth and stress free. Austin always greets me with a smile in the service department. Wish they were available on weekends though. Matt also helped me with the lane changing warning, he set it so it is always on, it kept shutting off for whatever reason, but he straightened it out for me!! Matt & Austin are very pleasant to work with!! More

Not a happy camper Came into the Service department, to get a car wash and my car told me it needed maintenance, so I asked how to do it. Austin, the service tech told Came into the Service department, to get a car wash and my car told me it needed maintenance, so I asked how to do it. Austin, the service tech told me he could do it right then it would be about two hours. So my husband was coming in for a car wash, so I went home with him. Waited and waited no phone call came, So we went back to the service department to pick up my car and you were closed, and you were closed for the holiday the next day. So my husband had to take a half-day off from work on Friday to bring me in to get my car. So no I’m not happy that I had to borrow a car to go to work on the Fourth of July. More

Quick and easy in and out service I went to the Basney Honda Dealership for a recall issue. It was taken care of promptly as well as basic maintenance - an oil change and inspection. During the visit, I received a call regarding the inspections and was advised of any areas to watch. Great job! More
