B1 maintenence The gentleman that helped me was fantastic (austin). Not happy about Not being able to set an appointment. Who has time to sit and wait on your vehi The gentleman that helped me was fantastic (austin). Not happy about Not being able to set an appointment. Who has time to sit and wait on your vehicle, loaner cars/drop-off pick up shuttle should be offered if thats the case. We purchased honda over getting another toyota but I have to say the service department at Toyota is a step above. So much so that my wife says she will be switching back. I also purchased a maintenue program at time of purchase and was told it was my responsibility to tell someone that when they tried charging me for my service. Waited 1.5 hours fir an oil change/tire rotation. more Hassel than me going to drive and shine and paying $100 for the same 20min service without getting out of the vehicle. More
