Be Prepared to Pay! They do good work but are very expensive. Brought my car in for a 60,000 mile checkup. That plus new brakes all around was just south of $1,000. Great experience! Came in to have a LED headlight changed for the 2nd time. I was told when I called to make an appt that I would have to leave my car to have it done t Came in to have a LED headlight changed for the 2nd time. I was told when I called to make an appt that I would have to leave my car to have it done the next day. When I arrived to drop off my car they told me that they would get it done that night if I was willing to wait for it to be done. This was so nice and so much easier than me having to give up my car and make a 2nd trip! Thank you for getting me in. Great customer service! :) More

Everyone in the service Department i.s nice & professional.. B.rad .is exceptional--he just makes you feel he really cares and will go above and beyond what you expect. My last visit with '97 Prelude I have been having my '97 Prelude serviced at Basney's Service Dept. since returning to Indiana in 2000. I had come to depend on the reliability of s I have been having my '97 Prelude serviced at Basney's Service Dept. since returning to Indiana in 2000. I had come to depend on the reliability of service from regular oil changes and checkups to more complex issues involving transmission and brakes. On Sept. 4, 2019 I brought it for what would be its last oil change at Basney. Brad signed me in and Craig W. performed the multi-point inspection. All good. At my request, Brad introduced me to Bob Briney who provided me with an estimate on the value of my beloved Prelude. At 175,000 miles, it was time -- even for a Honda. Earlier in the week an opportunity presented itself to update my wheels. A neighbor offered a newer (2002) Lexus with low mileage. So, while I suffered separation anxiety for my Silver Prelude, I bid it fond adieu on September 23. It's taken me a while to get back to you, but I didn't want to leave without expressing appreciation for the good service of 20 years that my Prelude received from the service managers and technicians and staff at Basney. Always a good experience. We have been using Basney services for twenty years and have always been pleased. We have had five Honda’s over that time, all from Basney. I like working with Austin and on this particular visit I wanted an oil change and to have them look everything over for a road trip. Austin let me know I still had 50% oil life. I thanked him but still wanted everything done so I would be assured we were road ready. More
