All employees very helpful and friendly. This is my 3rd Honda Accord being serviced by Basney Honda. Austin explained everything that needed to be done and why. Fast, Friendly and Thorough! Everyone is friendly at Basney Honda. Some know me by name and many by face and they ma Everyone is friendly at Basney Honda. Some know me by name and many by face and they make you feel welcome and that you matter. I have gone in several times with little things I couldn't figure out with my navigation system and they have been patient and helpful. All of the work I have received has been great and I have never had to take it back a second time for something except for maintenance work. I haven't had any trouble making appointments and with the shuttle service they provide, I can always get my car done when needed. Austin Aufie, Service Adviser, who usually helps me always greets me with a smile and when I call he immediately remembers me and my car. It makes me feel like one of the family. The questions asked me if I read reviews and I do but I clicked no in this case because I know the Basney Dealership and have no need to look anywhere else. I have loved Hondas since the first time I drove one in the late 1980s and it is my prefered car. My only regret is that I was never able to own a Prelude. i More
