I don't feel like I can trust the service team. When I asked if they had used synthetic oil for my oil change I was told, "Yes, full synthetic blend".... Really?! When my car needed a new alternator they asked if they had used synthetic oil for my oil change I was told, "Yes, full synthetic blend".... Really?! When my car needed a new alternator they were going to change $1,100 to replace the alternator and 2 1/2 year old battery.... What?! I'm done! Why would I continue to give my business to a company that doesn't appreciate it? More

Austin was very helpful and was able to help us out with our concern. We brought our car in for service on our AC. Instead of us paying $1000 out of pocket, he made a phone call based on our conversation an our concern. We brought our car in for service on our AC. New Key I have an 2004 Honda Accord that I purchased from Basney brand new. I needed a new key made because both of mine broke over the years. I received a ne I have an 2004 Honda Accord that I purchased from Basney brand new. I needed a new key made because both of mine broke over the years. I received a new key on April 22. I was told that the key worked but the driver's side lock did not. My old key fob did work but the key was lose, but all the function buttons still worked. When I received the key, I was told I was all sent and that everything worked except locking my driver's side. The next day, April 23, the key would not start the car and I had to use my old key. Also, none of the function buttons worked on my key fob. When I too it back in, I dealt with Austin who told me that the new key fob function buttons WOULD NOT work because the driver's side door was not working. I explained to him that my old fob had worked, so the new fob should as well. He told me it could not be programmed and that it would not work. I could only use the key to manually unlock the car and start it. I was not about to accept that response after paying $167 for a new key. So I asked to talk to a manager. The manager was very helpful and patient. I explained the situation and he took both my new and old key. He and another manager where able to quickly get it working as the old fob had worked. I greatly appreciated that. But if I wouldn't have asked for a manager, the problem would not have been resolved and I would have been left with a key fob that didn't work. When dealing with Austin, I felt like he was not listening to what I was saying and he was ready to get me out of there without trying to fix the problem. I do not appreciate that kind of service. I will always by Honda's because they are good cars. We are a Honda family as my mom just bought a new Passport in the fall. I hope the service for me in the future and her is better than I experienced today. I am grateful for the managers' help in this situation. More
