I received prompt and efficient service. Happy with Covid19 precautions. Felt fee for service was appropriate. My service writer walked me over to the payment area and showed me to my car. I took my car in for service and was surprised to see half of the service reps NOT wearing face masks. I was left to stand by my car while being ignored by at least one rep who was not on the phone. I friendly wave and a “come over to my computer “ would have improved your rating to 4 stars. I’ve been in for service before and have been ignored while at the head of the line and others get out of their cars and get waited on first. Basney needs to improve how they handle incoming customers. I really can take my Hondas elsewhere for an oil change and a tire rotation. More
