Service was great--timely and at a reasonable price. I was bummed about the discontinued shuttle service. Asked to get transmission diagnosed. Service technician told customer service representative they couldn’t recreate the problem. I called xxxxxxxx and told them to do another test drive. Service technician told customer service representative they couldn’t recreate the problem. I called xxxxxxxx and told them to do another test drive. They then suggested the transmission is stuttering not just because of low transmission oil, low engine oil, bad rear shocks, bad rear stability bar. I honestly think I could walk in there shop and be a service technician in there shop. More
