Call back after leaving messages with service department needs much improvement. Over the past month, I’ve left two messages for what appears to be a default person to call me back as soon as possible. No c needs much improvement. Over the past month, I’ve left two messages for what appears to be a default person to call me back as soon as possible. No calls ever received back. Also, I need to come back in after my last expensive service performed as the Plastic cowling was not properly put back and is loose to the right and left. Will be making an appointment soon to get that fixed. I am satisfied with the work that was done. Just not happy with having to come back and dealing with voicemails that they never responded to. More

I was very happy pleased with the service here. They kept me informed about the status of my car. They got it done quickly and when I had problems with it they offered to tow it in and get it looke They kept me informed about the status of my car. Got my car called in for recall and then was left with a broken radio for the last 6+ months. No apple car play, no rear cam and most of the time no radio. I have brought my car in 7 almost 8 once i take it broken radio for the last 6+ months. No apple car play, no rear cam and most of the time no radio. I have brought my car in 7 almost 8 once i take it in again for the part they said they needed to order. Said they are going to charge me $100 because ive passed my manufacturer warranty. Really rude guy they have in charge of my case. Won’t even talk to me about the issue without hoping off the top phone. Anyways i just want my car fixed and working since it was brand new for only a year after my recall. Wish i would have never brought it in for recall since they broke my radio and are now charging me to fix it. Just seems wrong but i need it working so i guess i have to pay More
