Of the five Honda dealers given to me by True Car, Honda of Columbia actually followed through and I used True Car to attempt to buy a new Honda CRV. Of the five Honda dealers given to me by True Car, Honda of Columbia actually followed through and give me a clear out the door price for the exact model that I was looking to buy. Then they followed up with useful emails and information to supplement the price that I got. They responded directly by email to answer my questions. Adam Bliss, their sales rep handled my purchase from start to finish. He was excellent and I thought the whole purchase model was professional and timely. I got fair value for my trade in and the process worked without my spending half a day at a car dealer. Good job guys. More

Asten Lawson was very helpful with agreement on price because we were going to travel over 180 miles to get the same car cheaper but we got it for the same price and only travel 54 miles instead. Michael Ohrin was very insightful about my credit report and what things to watch out for when purchasing a car from various dealerships. We chose Honda of Columbia because they did everything we asked in a very professional and non-pushy manner. Matt Taylor was very timely in his responses and spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we had a thorough understanding of the features of the car. Or even if I w My experience at Honda of Columbia was awesome! I wasn't really sure if I was going to purchase a new car or what model Honda I wanted. Or even if I wanted a Honda. My experience was great from the moment I made an inquiry on the internet to the moment I drove my 2014 Honda Accord Sport off the lot. Upon making contact with the dealer online I was promptly contacted by RJ Bowman. RJ was great from the start. He confirmed the model car I was looking for and let me know that they had the exact model and that if the price I saw on the internet was appealing then I would definitely like his price. He immediately emailed me some numbers and could not have been more correct! I was absolutely loving the numbers! We sat up an appointment and I was due to meet RJ on a Monday evening. However, early Monday afternoon RJ sent me a follow-up and I decided to go in early to speak with him some more and take a test drive. Once I was there RJ took his time explaining the features of the car since I'd never owned a Honda or was sure I even wanted one. He was very savvy regarding each aspect of the cars features from the road handling down to programming the radio. RJ was never pushy or impatient and he listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Once back at the dealership I was sold! RJ completed the sale without any surprises or change in the pricing we discussed. I was introduced to Asten Lawson who made the "hard" part (signing the papers) very easy. I had cruised through my whole buying experience without any unexpected turns. Now I'm cruising in my new Honda Accord Sport. Honda of Columbia offered me a great experience. So great, that if I needed two cars I would do it all over again! More

Between him and his manager Steven Chandler, who was also friendly and knowledgeable, we got a good deal on our 2010 Minivan. When we were sent in with Asten Lawson, who does the financing, it was a little different. He was pleasant at first, and then began to tell us all about the extra warranty we could purchase, and all the different levels. As he was talking, we tried to be polite, but didn't want to waste his or our time, since we knew we were not interested in purchasing an extra warranty. He persisted and kept telling us how we wouldn't have to worry about anything for three years. We kept telling him no. He kept saying we are the type of people who would want this. Anyway, when he finally accepted no for an answer, his attitude completely changed. He got cold and just kind of short and not so nice. Overall, it was a very good, painless experience and we would recommend them in the future. More
