I had a really great experience with Stivers Ford in Birmingham overall. He was knowledgeable about the terms, communicated clearly, and made the sales side of the process quick, easy, and seamless. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the wait time in finance, which dragged the process out more than expected. That said, Ethan did everything he could on his end to keep things efficient. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would absolutely come back. I’d definitely look to work with Ethan again. Brian, the floor manager, was also very nice, and you can tell the whole team genuinely cares. It wasn’t just my experience either—I noticed how sweet and welcoming all the employees were with every customer in the dealership. Asher in finance was fantastic—very knowledgeable, informative, and he even beat our credit union rate, which was a huge plus.
